Our wedding coordination service ensures your wedding day runs smoothly from start to finish by working with you months in advance. We support the creation of your wedding day timeline by providing professional input and recommendations, communicate with and coordinate vendors, and handle any last-minute details, so you can relax and enjoy every moment without worry.

Our full-scale décor and design service includes everything from custom styling or signage and floral arrangements to complete setup and tear down. We handle every detail, ensuring your event looks and  feels stunning as it runs smoothly.

Did you know we offer event rentals? From furniture and table linens to vases, arbours, and everything you need for a styled tablescape, we’ve got you covered. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, or any special gathering! We’re also putting together a rental catalogue soon, so it’ll be even easier to see everything we have and pick the perfect pieces for your event.

Ready to get started or just curious to learn more? Let's kick things off with a call where we’ll explore your vision, find the perfect package for your needs, walk through our approach, and answer any questions you have. This is where your planning journey begins!

NOTE: Our booking period is between September 1 to May 31 each year. Clients interested during the off-period (June 1–September 1) can join our waitlist.

Locking it in!

After our initial call, we’ll provide a detailed quote that breaks down all the services tailored to your needs. We’ll walk through it together, answering any questions so you feel confident in every detail before moving forward and locking it in! Once you’ve chosen your services, a service agreement and retainer invoice will be provided. Both need to be completed to secure your booking date.

We get to work!

After that, we get started with scheduled meetings to begin working on either your coordination service or décor design. These meetings are planned in advance and follow a specific order based on our experience of when information is needed. From there, we guide you through the process, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently so your experience is smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
