What you'll learn from this workshop:

  • Seamlessly orchestrating your big day by timeline development and coordination
  • Crafting your guest list by defining the scope and size of your guest list and navigating sensitive guest list issues
  • Budgeting and financial planning by setting realistic wedding budgets based on priorities and financial situation
  • Finding your perfect venue by defining your wedding style and aesthetic preferences
  • Building your "Dream Team" by selecting and managing wedding vendors

Group Activity:

Once the class is divided into groups, they will receive a "Client" request and based on the information provided, the group will need to create one of the following documents:

  1. Daily Timeline
  2. Tasks Checklist
  3. Emergency Kit

This activity will help brainstorm various ideas and open discussions on priorities and the importance of have a detailed plan for your wedding day.
